Courtney’s Mexican Dip
This is another yummy Courtney recipe. The girl can cook!
8 oz softened cream cheese
lb ground beef, browned, drained, and mixed with packet of taco seasoning mix
12 oz mild salsa
2 cups Mexican cheese
Layer all ingredients in a small baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until heated and bubbly. Serve with tortillas.

I love simple! This is a great appetizer! Being that I live in the desert southwest, I gravitate to anything Mexican sounding. Can’t wait to try it.
