Triple Chocolate Cake

Even my father-in-law likes this cake, and he is notorious for damning with faint praise indeed. So I’ll do the same. It’s a pretty good cake.

 

4 oz pkg instant chocolate pudding mix

1 ¾ cup milk

1 pkg chocolate cake mix

2 eggs

12 oz pkg choc chips

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix until blended, around two minutes. Pour into greased tube pan or 9×13 baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before removing. This cake is delicious iced with milk chocolate icing, too—a chocolate lover’s dream!
