If you like food that is simple to prepare, made with ingredients that are most likely to be in your cabinet, and usually healthy, then this will be a good site for you. I’m not too big on a lot of weird ingredients that I have to chase down.
I will emphasize that I try to be nutritionally sound whenever possible. Sometimes, though, a recipe is just too dang good as it stands to worry overmuch about calories and fat. That being the case, you have to excercise a little discipline and moderation, people! Don’t eat half of the 13×9 casserole dish of chicken enchiladas just because they taste good and you don’t feel like quitting quite yet. Put the Fork Down.
