Crabmeat Alfredo

Very easy, very rich, very fattening, very yummy.

 

1 tsp minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

1 1/3 to 2 cups milk and light cream, evenly mixed

4 ox grated parmesan

8 oz cream cheese

Package of imitation crabmeat, chopped (for an inexpensive meal) or the real deal—your choice

 

In saucepan, melt butter and mix in seasonings, milk, cream, parmesan, and cream cheese. Stir until everything is melted together and thickened. Stir in crabmeat and heat for three to five minutes. Serve over fettuccine pasta with garlic bread.
