Broccoli Casserole

1 pkg chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
1 plus cups grated cheddar
Seasonings to taste: onion, salt, pepper, dill, thyme
Crushed Ritz crackers

Cook and drain broccoli. Mix together all ingredients and spread in an ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with a little extra cheese and top with crushed Ritz crackers. Drizzle a little butter over the top and bake at 350 degrees for around 30-35 minutes.
